Mission Statement

LaPorte Superior Court No. 4 Probation Department is dedicated to holding offenders accountable by enforcing court orders, referring offenders to rehabilitative programs and monitoring their compliance in said programs, random drug testing, alcohol detection techniques and real consequences for violations of probation conditions. By doing so, we hope to provide public safety and an environment for offender rehabilitation.
