Prevention:
LADS is Certified by the Indiana Judicial Center to Provide Court Administered Alcohol and Drug Services.
LADS, stresses the importance of a person taking responsibility for their actions. It is important for this to take place in order for the person to move forward. The staff provides a caring and non-confrontational approach to behavior changes by helping the person take an honest look at their actions.
A term of your probation is/or may be your participation in the LADS program. It is essential that you are willing to work toward a plan of action formulated by the LADS staff. This plan may include any or all of the following services:
Assessment and Evaluation
Referral to appropriate agencies when individual circumstances or treatment is so indicated.
Fees determined by level of service.
“Our services are available to any adult persons
referred by local, other county, state courts, or attorneys. Out
of state referrals are accepted on an individual basis.” We are a not-for-profit (501C3).
